Chip's dream of
becoming a real boy becomes reality! It's a hilarious, fun filled,
musical journey as Chip, Gem and the band
race across Rocky Ridge from live concert to their first major TV
appearance searching for a runaway "Ruff" (Chip's trusty rock
hound).
In Chanda-Leah's first motion-picture role, she stars as Chip's dog
"Ruff" who is transformed into "Puff", a pink poodle with attitude.
Ruff's feelings are hurt when Chip fails to recognize his trusted
friend, who is now pink and puffy".
