A love for people gave one woman
the impetus necessary to touch the lonely, the busy, the professional, the
young and old in her own community and in her world. Sharon wanted to
bring joyfulness and meaning into the lives of people. Fame and fortune
are not her reasons for, being or doing. All honoraria go directly
to charities.
When an
untrained tiny poodle came into her life she saw tremendous potential in
another of God's creatures. Affection and care were poured into this
unproven tyke (a mischievous one). Sharon's spirit of sacrifice has made
it possible for this dynamic little dog to bring happiness and laughter to
thousands of children and adults. The media has created much
awareness of the World's Smartest Dog®, but the personal touch by Sharon
with Chanda brings people alive in hospitals, schools, churches and
institutions for the mentally challenged and chronically ill.
Sharon has a heart for the homeless and hurting of her world. This joyful
and creative woman has found the key to open the door of all hearts, both
young and old. . . CHANDA."
